Refund policy

1. Physical Products (Apparel, Hoodies, Mugs, Trucker Hats, Posters, etc.)

• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Personalized/custom items (if any) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

2. Digital Downloads (Planners, Wallpapers, Habit Trackers, etc.)

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the file has been delivered.
• If you experience any technical issues downloading your files, please contact us within 30 days and we will happily help you.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund (your choice).

4. How to Start a Return

2. We will provide return instructions and a shipping label (if eligible).
3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.

5. Important Notes
