At VictoryMindset LLC, we partner with Printify to fulfill and ship all physical orders. Below are the details you need to know.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing time may extend to 3–5 business days.
- Digital downloads are delivered instantly after payment.
Shipping Times & Costs
Shipping times are estimates only and begin after your order has been processed:

- We ship to the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii), Canada, and many international countries.
- International orders may take 10–25 business days and may incur customs fees or duties (customer is responsible for these).
Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Track your package directly through the link in the email or in your Shopify account.
Shipping Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.), weather, or customs.
- If your order is significantly delayed (more than 21 days), please contact us and we will help resolve it.
Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- You cannot change your address after ordering.
